Our Mission
At In Great Care™, our mission is simple. We help adults move from instability into safe, stable, and successful lives. We provide Transitional Housing, life‑skills development, and wraparound support for adults ages 18–35 who are navigating major life transitions.
We also help new housing providers, agencies, and community partners build strong, ethical programs that support local needs and create meaningful impact.
Who We Are
In Great Care™ is a Transitional Housing and support‑services organization based in Florida. We serve adults who need a safe place to stabilize, rebuild, and move toward independence.
We also work with new and existing providers who want to start, strengthen, or expand their Transitional Housing programs. Our team brings experience, professionalism, and strong community relationships.
Kehan Rahming, B.A.
Founder & Program Director
Kehan has spent more than 15 years working in foster care, group homes, Transitional Housing, and community‑based support programs. He has led programs across several counties and built systems that help adults stay safe, reach their goals, and succeed in the real world.
His background includes:

- Adult development and stabilization

- Oversight of large‑scale operational budgets
